Feature
Multi-Tier cage system total 8Tiers, which have two floors, upper 4 tiers and lower 4 tiers they are connected by bolts tightly. The heavy loading structure is stable and strong, the catwalk are combined with all rows of battery cages, which is stabe and firm.
The catwalk is made of hot-dip galvanized grid, high anti-corrosion treatment, impact resistance and stress ability, good lighting, ventilation, heat dissipation and good anti-skidding performance
The feeding system have two sets of trolleys, they are independently run, there is equipped a strengthen tube along the bottom trough, it is convenient for worker to stand on and checking.
Egg collection system
Egg belts automatically convey the eggs to the front of the battery, the egg colleciton system gently transmits eggs into the vertical egg elevator, the eggs from each tier will enter its own egg elevator tray, and no collision occur, finally the cross conveyor carry eggs to the apcking room.
At the joint between egg belt and elevator, there set a device to collect soft eggs, where the soft eggs drop down into a tray from there, it is convenient to move the tray.
